Late Posted Manna Mail

Back in December, before Christmas, I heard from most of my Manna boys. For some reason, I never posted those letters here. I probably go caught up in the holidays and just forgot to post about them. So, better late than never?

This will be a long post, as you can imagine, since I do have so many Manna boys. Buckle up for an adventure!

These will not be in age order, because I'm simply going to post letters as I go through my stack of binders.

We begin with Brayan, who sure does like to write a lot!

Hello, my friend. I am happy to write you this letter. How are you? I hope you are well with God and he gives you many years of life. Thanks for being my sponsor. You look very pretty with your family in the photo album. I want to tell you about me. I am 8 years old. I'm in 2nd grade. I can read and write. I like school and I have good grades. My favorite color is red. I like to eat chicken and hamburgers. My mom's name is Otilia Selima. My siblings are Andrea, Antony, and Bayron. I have a family that I love a lot. My birthday is September 20th. I love you a lot. 

I hope that you are well with your family. I am happy because you have given me many beautiful things. Thanks a lot. God bless you. For Christmas in my house, we make tamales and we share with other families. How do you celebrate Christmas in your house? I would like to know. I wish you a merry Christmas and the best in 2018.

How are you? I'm glad to send you a letter. In these days in Honduras, it is very cold and Christmas is coming. In my family we celebrate Christmas having food with all the family. How do you celebrate your Christmas? We celebrate in church also. We do a lot of activities. The best activity is "secret friend". We write our names on little papers and each person chooses a paper. We give a gift to the person we got on the paper. Happy Christmas!

I received the EXACT same letter from the brothers Yesbin and Levi. However, each boy did write on their own paper. It quickly became clear that Yesbin was writing the letter and Levi was attempting to copy the letter. I think that's so sweet!

I like to play with my aunt Yorleny. She is 17 year old, but she likes to play with me when she leaves school. She runs to hug me. She's super pretty.
